Share Sizes and Payment

  

In order to streamline our systems and provide consistency throughout the year we have one share size, which includes an average of about 4-6 different vegetable options per week. 

 

Shares are available for $21 per week for residents of Harvest Green and $26 for anyone living outside of Harvest Green.

We accept payment via credit card through our CSA software management platform called Farmigo. All payments made through the Farmigo site will go directly to the farm.

Delivery and Pick up Protocol

We offer two delivery days on either Tuesday or Thursday for our Vegetable Share program

Thursdays are exclusively for Harvest Green residents and include free home delivery. For these shares, members have access to the Farm Store to customize their shares between 9:00am on Tuesday and 6:00am on Thursday. Shares are delivered between 2:00-4:00pm on Thursday afternoon.

For members receiving their shares on Tuesday, they have access to the Farm Store to customize their shares between 9:00am on Sunday and 6:00am on Tuesday. We currently have two drop sites for Tuesday shares - one located at the Farmhouse in Harvest Green, and one in the Commonwealth neighborhood in Sugar Land. 

Farmhouse shares are dropped off at 3:00pm and available for pick up until 7:00pm. The Commonwealth shares are dropped off at 2:30pm and available for pick up until 6:30pm. We reuse the boxes that your produce will be delivered in, so please bring bags or something you can transfer your vegetables to so that we can pick up the empty boxes after the pick up window.

Any shares that are not collected during the pick up window will be donated.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We pride ourselves on delivering fresh, quality produce and if you feel you received poor quality or were missing an item from your share please contact us at harvestgreen@agmenity.com we can discuss options for replacing, crediting, or refunding you for any issues with your order. 

Since we operate a year-round program, we understand that there may be times when you may need a break from the Vegetable Share and that is why we offer unlimited skip weeks throughout the year. However, if you do need to cancel your subscription please reach out to us at harvestgreen@agmenity.com and we will take care of the cancellation for you. Please note that if you wish to cancel, you must let us know before we create your share for that given week. We cannot refund you for a share if it has already been packed.
