This weekend, we brought in the talents of local chef Kerri Allee to teach Harvest Green residents techniques on utilizing produce from the Village Farm!

Chef Kerri demonstrated how to fry green tomatoes and transform sweet potatoes into delicious bite-sized treats. We even learned how to make an herb dipping sauce with fresh clippings from the garden!

Nothing made the night complete like a hand-crafted cocktail to enjoy with our culinary creations!

Chef Kerri mixed fresh pear puree and rosemary infused simple syrup with vodka for a delicious adult beverage! Mulled apple cider was also an option as a non-alcoholic treat.

Guests left with some new cooking tricks up their sleeves and fresh produce from the farm to attempt the recipes at home!
