The Fall Vegetable Share

As we head deeper into the fall season, you’ll begin to see a diverse selection of cool season produce being harvested on the farm. One of the best ways to enjoy these organic veggies is through our Vegetable Share program! Our Vegetable Share subscription is an exclusive benefit for Harvest Green residents and allows members to receive a customizable bag of certified organic produce from the farm each week. Full and Small Shares are available and memberships can easily be paused so you only pay for weeks when you are in-town. As a reminder, we offer Free Home Delivery every Thursday for our members as a benefit of being a Harvest Green resident! You can sign up for a Vegetable Share here.
If you’re curious about signing up for our Vegetable Share program, consider joining us on Saturday, November 12th from 10-11am for a Special Cooking Demo! We’ll showcase some of the organic veggies that are currently included in our Vegetable Share and answer any questions you might have. We’ll also be cooking two different recipes for you using our produce in order to help inspire you in the kitchen. And, we’ll send you home with a free small share (4-6 veggies) to enjoy! This cooking demonstration is for Harvest Green residents only and each ticket will cover the attendance for 2 people in your family. Please sign up here if you’d like to attend!
Don’t forget about our Farm Explorers class coming up this Sunday, November 6th at 12:30pm! This offering is open to the public and is geared towards children ages 8 to 12. It features a story read by our Farm Educators along with a scavenger hunt around the farm. Attendees will get to meet our new flock of chickens and help feed our goats! Plus, they’ll get to taste some of the veggies we’re harvesting and even take home a souvenir. To secure your spot, head here.
