COMMUNITY HELPERS

The Harvest Green Village Farmers got the opportunity to spread their extensive knowledge with a group of over 100 eager kindergarteners at Stanley Elementary. This was part of a 'Community Helpers' program the school has initiated for it's students.

It is great being able to help young minds understand where their food comes from! The audience included eight kindergarten classes, who we were pleased to find were already very knowledgeable on this topic! They loved the sweet potatoes we brought and were excited to plant seeds for their classrooms.
