Crop of the Month : Spring Onions

Spring Onions are back in season! If you aren’t familiar with this crop, Spring Onions are simply onions harvested before they are fully mature and cured for storage. Unique features of the Spring Onion include their rich allium flavor and the ability to use the onion bulb as well as the green tops for cooking or garnish.
