Vendor of the Month
The Crumb Sourdough Co. and Bird Dog Farm
Meet one of our newest vendors, the folks of Bird Dog Farm and The Crumb Sourdough Co.! They opened Bird Dog Farm in October of 2021 in Beasley, Texas where they raise goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, and rabbits. They are dedicated to sustainable farming practices, organic gardening, and community engagement. In mid-2024 they began The Crumb Sourdough Co after discovering a love for making artisan sourdough bread. They use organic flour and high quality ingredients to produce delicious loaves of bread. They are excited to share that they will be offering their sourdough bread on Tuesdays in coordination with our Veggie Share Program in addition to offering it at the weekly Farmers Market! Make sure to stop by this weekend to peruse what they have to offer!
