Did you know that our Vegetable Shares are customizable so you can choose exactly what goes onto your plate every week? You can see what a potential share for this week looks like above! It’s packed with a colorful and delicious variety of veggies including cauliflower, cone cabbage, Swiss chard, beets, and baby carrots. Don’t like beets? Swap in turnips or a bunch of kale! Harvest Green residents receive a discounted share in addition to free home delivery on Thursdays. We also offer a public share option for non-residents that can be picked up on Tuesdays. Have questions? Send us an email at HarvestGreen@Agmenity.com. Otherwise, feel free to sign up for your own share here!

We are excited to announce that our ever-popular Pizza and a Movie event returns on Friday, December 19th, from 6-9pm! This event is open to the public and offers the opportunity to stay and have a cozy movie night with The Grinch, or take your pizza pies to-go and enjoy them at home. We will be selling pizzas made in our wood-fired pizza oven with farm-fresh toppings during the event. No tickets are required as pizzas are available for purchase during the event while supplies last. If you plan on staying for the movie, make sure to bring your own blankets and chairs! We’ll have heaters to keep you warm.Â

A colorful trio of root veggies just rolled into season: beets, watermelon radishes, and baby carrots! Crunchy carrots and watermelon radishes pair perfectly with our lettuces, kale, or arugula for a seasonal salad. Or, you can try a super simple sheet pan roast for an easy side dish. Dice beets, radishes, and carrots then drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Roast until tender then enjoy! You can find all three of these root veggies at the Farm Stand on Saturday.Â
