Farewell to Farmer Nathan and Water Slide at the Market this Saturday

Whether you've been a Friend of the Farm for just a little while or if you were one of Harvest Green's first residents - you have likely met and come to know Farmer Nathan along the way. Nathan has worn many hats over his 6 year tenure at Village Farm - Veggie Share creator, Farm Club manager, resident birder, seasonal gardening class teacher, Farm Manager and so much more! With deep gratitude for the time and talent he has shared at Village Farm, we now wish him the best of luck in his newest life adventure of starting his own farm in Bellville, Texas!

Our very own Farmer Alyssa, who has truly blossomed into a passionate farmer with a love for the local community, will be filling the shoes of Farm Manager beginning this August. We are grateful for our amazing team and excited for what is to come as Farmer Ky, Field and Farm Club Manager, and Farmer Anna, Farmers Market Manager, plan for the upcoming Fall growing season and community event calendar! We will also be welcoming a new team member in early August.

Cool off with us at the Farmers Market this Saturday from 9am - 12pm on a giant water slide and enjoy refreshing treats from local vendors! Shop our selection of organic produce and try our new crop of Roselle Greens. This leafy green is the goats favorite summertime snack and known for its delicious tangy, raspberry-like flavor!
