Record Breaking Tomato Season Recap
August 1st, 2026 This year has been our longest tomato season to date at Village Farm - and we have the vines to prove it! This week we are adding compost and fertilizer to bed tops that will house our first wave of summer crops like long beans, luffa, okra, and bitter melon! These veggies won’t start producing until the end of May, but it’s important to start these plants now so they can thrive in optimal conditions of Spring before the true heat of summer sets in! I
