Happy June! We transition back to summer hours at the market beginning this Saturday, June 1st. From now through the end of September, the market hours are 9am-12pm.

Vendor of the Month: Julian's Aguas y Mas
Meet one of our newest market vendors, Julian's Aguas y Mas! Their mission is to bring sweet smiles in the Texas heat with refreshing and flavorful cold fruit. They offer aguas frescas in a variety of summer-inspired flavors like cucumber lime and watermelon. Make sure to stop by this month to try some!
Crop of the Month: Long Beans
Long beans are back in season for the summer! These lengthy beans are similar in texture and flavor to traditional green beans. They are best enjoyed cooked and can be stir-fried, steamed, roasted, braised, or sautéed. Using long beans is incredibly easy: simply cut them to the size needed for your recipe.
