Here are the market dates for this month: Saturday, May 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th from 9am-1pm. 

Here's what you can find at the Farm Stand this weekend: Tomatoes, Slicing Cucumbers, Snacking Cucumbers, Zucchini, Summer Squash, Italian Eggplant, Banana Peppers, Shishito Peppers, Fresh Beans, Carrots, Beets, Radishes, Salad Mix, Spring Onions, Scallions, Leeks, Fennel, Kale, Swiss Chard, Collard Greens, Chicory Greens, Celery, Cabbage, Basil, and Parsley.

Mother's Day Flower Bouquet Making

May 11th from 9am-1pm

Create your own beautiful collection of flowers, fresh-cut from Village Farm, to share with the special mothers in your life! Customers will have the opportunity to arrange their own bouquet from a selection of various colors and varieties of flowers. Each bouquet will be $30 ($24 for Harvest Green residents) and will be wrapped in paper and tied with a ribbon of your choosing. This event will begin at 9am and last until the flower supply is gone so please arrive early to ensure you are able to secure a bouquet!

Crop of the Month: Tomatoes

May is peak tomato season on the farm! We've been harvesting a mix of cherry tomatoes over the past couple of weeks and are just seeing our slicing varieties mature. We encourage you to enjoy as many tomatoes as possible this month as their production will wind down significantly once June arrives. Here are a few recipes to lend some culinary inspiration:
