Here are the market dates for the month of January: Saturday, January 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th from 9am-1pm.

Here's what you can find at the Farm Stand this weekend: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Napa Cabbage, Carrots, Salad Turnips, Beets, Fennel, Scallions, Salad Mix, Kale, Collards, Swiss Chard, Red Butterhead Lettuce, Mustard Greens, Chicory, Dill, Parsley, and Cilantro.

Vendor of the Month: Sayito Creations

Sayito Creations offers people who have an appreciation for the natural world a chance to express themselves through the preservation of various colors, textures and shapes of the local flora that we co-exist with. Every plant used is homegrown and consciously foraged locally. Owner Sayo hopes to inspire others to slow down and appreciate the unique details of nature through her jewelry pieces.

Crop of the Month: Broccoli

Broccoli has made its way into season here on the farm! Every part of the broccoli plant is edible including the leaves, stems, and florets. Broccoli can be enjoyed raw in salads but we prefer to roast, stir-fry, or lightly steam it. Here are a few recipes to lend some culinary inspiration:
